Little Llamaherders and Large Apostles

Well, tonight is mid-tern exam...already!
Is it cheating to pray that you will do well? (:

It's not, and you will.

And what an amazing class it has been.
Thanks for your passion to learn together.

Several were asking about the video I took in Peru of the young shepherdess...actually "llamaherder".. which illustrated the  New Testament definition of "pastor"/"shepherd."
(leading from behind/among...see also Isaiah  30:21).

Here she is in this clip at 1:30ff:

The first clip (the literal prayer avalanche  at the top of the Andes) and the story behind it are at this clink:
Peruvian Witches and Little Llamaherders

Several wanted to follow-up on the Ray Van Der Laan video we watched last week.
Vander Lann's site is here  (and linked on the right hand side of this page under "helpful websites), and  the episode we watched was #2 of "Walk Where Jesus Walked" from this DVD.

Van Der Laan also has a good slideshow here that complements our class discussion about Greek and Hebrew thinking and "fuzzy sets".

Not much Van DerLann on YouTube, but click here for a classic ..and here below is a short clip of his to encourage you for the mid-term.  I think this might even encorage our resident poet (Joseph J.) to write something for us:

Blessings!
